Going through the path of Hypnotherapy with Lakshmi was totally a different experience. It is not so as scary as the word may sound , rather it opens up a whole new world for you. With the help of the therapist you reach out to that corner of your mind which have been unexplored and unknown to you. The therapy helps you to explore an unknown world within you which may be the cause of lot of miseries of your life.
In my case every session gave me a new direction. Though the initial sessions left me with a heavy heart , lot of questions as I was exploring things which were unknown to me . But with time these sessions started giving me more clarity and more positivity. Could get over lot of obstacles.
